About Me

My Firm
Making a positive impact on the lives of others is what has motivated me throughout my working life.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a guidance counselor. My role was to listen, help people sort through uncertainty, and support them as they made important life decisions. That experience continues to shape how I work today.

When I began thinking about the next step in my career, one thing mattered most. I wanted to keep working closely with people. I wanted to continue helping them move toward meaningful goals. Financial planning became a natural fit. It allowed me to support people as they work toward their financial goals.

As a financial advisor, I think it’s important to simplify the complexity of financial planning and investing. I recognize how difficult this industry can be to understand and how emotional we can get over our financial situations. I bring a distinct perspective—as someone who has joined the industry as an “outsider.” I don’t presume clients know every investment option, and I take the time to educate each client after listening to their needs. Providing my clients with a clear picture of their current finances, as well as a deeper understanding of the financial processes and products available today.

I start by listening. Then I explain your options in clear, plain language. I help you see where you stand today and understand the tools available to you. This clarity helps you make better decisions.

Understanding your finances brings confidence.
Together, we create a clear path forward.

Transitioning into financial planning allowed me to keep that same focus. Helping people make thoughtful choices with confidence has always been my goal. Money can feel overwhelming, especially during times of change. It doesn’t have to be.

Listening comes first in every relationship I build. Understanding your concerns, your goals, and what matters most to you is essential. From there, I explain your options in plain language. Together, we create a plan that feels clear, realistic, and manageable.

Much of my work involves people navigating major life transitions. Retirement, divorce, or a career change can bring uncertainty and stress. Having experienced a significant career transition myself, I understand how unsettling that uncertainty can feel. I also know how powerful clarity can be.

My professional designations include Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™). These credentials allow me to guide you through complex situations with structure and care—without adding unnecessary complexity.

As an independent advisor, my focus remains on what’s best for you. I bring over 20 years of experience, supported by the resources of LPL Financial. More importantly, I bring patience, honesty, and a steady approach to helping you feel confident in your decisions.

The goal is simple.
To help you understand your finances.
To help you feel confident about your choices.
And to help you move forward with clarity.
